Baby car seat adaptors are used to connect a car seat to a pram chassis. This makes it easy to transport a sleeping newborn as you can take the car seat out of the pram and place it on to the pram. It also saves you getting a baby in and out of a car seat. But remember that a baby shouldn’t spend more than two hours in car seat. The only exception to this is if you have one with a flat recline.
